Great book. We often talk about bias, how this affects our decisions and what negative impact it has. Rarely do we talk about the noise in our decisions. Noise could be a serious problem but often we don’t notice it. This book offers great ways to detect and to reduce noise in organizations and also why not in our own decisions.
