Goodreads users review :
Easy yet extremely introspective read I rated this a 5 star bc it was very easy to read and extremely relatable to people that struggle with anxiety. This book made me remember to breathe and allow myself to take over my struggle with anxiety. I felt extremely motivated to begin practicing what I read. I am certain that this read will bring a newer sense of awareness to someone struggling with anxiety an alternative to the negative place it can take you. Angelica rated it: 5.0 from 5.0
Provides helpful tips on slowing fast paced thinking and controlling negative thoughts, which we all seem to have flair up on occasion with social media, work, stress, etc. This book isn’t groundbreaking. But, there is lots of value from the methods and examples on how to destress and be easier on yourself. This book is something you can have and look for to help ease your mind and practice bettering your life. I enjoyed and would recommend. Peter Trykoff rated it: 4.0 from 5.0
